Send letters to Rep. Walsh, U.S. Senator Schumer, U.S. Senator Clinton  
4/9/01 Collect News Release info from participants. Need a few paragraphs about yourself, and fax numbers of local tv/newspapers. One release will be sent out Thursday to give local media a chance to contact you. Include a local phone number where you can be reached. Send to Mary Chancellor for review.  
4/9/01 Prepare draft News Release ONE (core part). This will be merged with individual info from above. It will be used for release to be send out prior to event on Friday morning.  
Prepare draft News Release TWO (core part). It will be sent out the day of the event, after Fed Building walk. App 2PM.  
Complete hotel arrangement for block of rooms and conference room. Send to participants. Final call for news releases. Goal is: $10-$15/meal, < $39/room Microtel Hotel

4/11/01 Send News releases to Mary Chancellor for review.  She will forward all those with FAX number list to Mike Hargett for distribution.  
Send News release (ONE) to media.  
Make copies of petitions, need 3 total.  
Participants start arriving at Hotel in afternoon, check-in/Registration.  
Dinner together.  Make Introductions.

Dress for trip to Fed. Bldg: (coat/tie - business suit) Arrive at Federal Building. Group will deliver petitions to offices of Senator Schumer, Senator Clinton, and finally Representative Walsh. Will try to get a contact name from each to establish follow up meeting with staff.
After all above done, volunteer "walkers' will carry a picture of their children in corridor outside Rep. Walsh's officies (he is the only one to clearly refuse so far to address the issue).  We hope this will emphasize to him our concern about how our rights have been violated.
